A Little Bit About Us
I’m his “Chicken Noodle Soup”, his “Chimichanga”, his “Apple Dumpling”? Yes, my husband, Jeff, is endearing like that.
I suppose it’s fitting because chicken soup runs through our soul, as the book is titled. Our first restaurant venture started back in 2014. We loved having guests, filling their bellies, and relishing in their delight. The rapid success of those few restaurants proved something to Jeff and I; we were capable. We were not only capable of dealing with the rise and fall of such a volatile industry, we thrived in it.
Today, The Belaski’s are back stronger than ever. Now, it’s just the two of us, Jeff and Lydia Belaski, as The Qute Couple. We are incredibly excited to open our hearts and our doors to you. We are thrilled to provide you with a gathering place that will allow you to sit with family, friends, and co-workers. A place to relax with a glass of wine, graze re-live old stories, or create new ones.
